How to Apply to the Fallbrook VFW

Print the application and sign.
Veterans: attach a copy of the DD-214 depicting service during a qualifying event and the character of discharge (Copy 4). Veterans and their next of kin can obtain free copies of their DD Form 214 from the U.S. National Archives https://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records
Active Duty: attach a copy of the military record depicting service during a qualifying event.
Provide the application and proof of eligibility to the Fallbrook VFW (drop it off, send by mail, or email our Membership Committee for more options).
The current 2025 annual membership is $45. Lifetime membership options are listed in the application.
